ROLLING TONE RF-93

This portable Rolling Tone RF-93 AM/FM radio from Panasonic was released in 1972.

The radio was mainly available in white and red color. I also encountered them on auction sites in an orange and purple version.

The Rolling Tone radio might be somewhat harder to find, as this model was less popular compared to other radios from Panasonic (e.g. Panapet, Toot-A-Loop). Nevertheless, in my opinion it still has a beautiful design. Some refer to a teardrop.

Thanks to its keychain you can easily take this radio with you.

At the same time the battery pack cover serves as a base that the radio can rest on.

A realistic price for the Rolling Tone in good working condition is situated around 60€.

If you are lucky, you might be able to find the radio at a lower price.
